Mezzanine rack takes medium-duty or heavy- duty rack as the main part, using steel plate or solid steel checkered plate or perforated plate as the flooring, single -tier or multi-tier mezzanine can be designed, normally it is 2 or 3 tiers. Stairs, lift platform, hoist, conveyor belt or forklift are used to take goods upstairs. Generally, the load capacity of multi-tier mezzanine is 300-1000 kg/sqm.
Steel platform is one kind of mezzanine, with flat roof on the top, suiting for big products. Round pipe and square pipe are often used to make upright. Main and secondary beams are often made of H steel.
