1. Product Introduction of Automated storage retrieval system

Main structure and equipment:

• Shelf: a steel structure used to store goods. There are mainly two basic forms of welded racks and combined racks.

• Pallet (cargo box): an appliance used to carry goods, also known as a workstation appliance.
• Lane stacker: equipment used to automatically deposit and withdraw goods. According to the structural form, it is divided into two basic forms: single column and double column; according to the service mode, it is divided into three basic forms: straight road, curve and transfer car.
• Conveyor system: The main peripheral equipment of the three-dimensional warehouse, which is responsible for transporting the goods to the stacker or removing the goods from the stacker. There are many types of conveyors, such as roller conveyors, chain conveyors, lifting platforms, distribution vehicles, hoists, belt conveyors, etc.
• AGV system: that is, the automatic guided vehicle. According to its guiding method, it is divided into induction guided trolley and laser guided trolley.
• WCS automatic control system: the automatic control system that drives the equipment of the automated three-dimensional library system. The main control mode is the use of fieldbus.
• WMS information management system: It is the core of the fully automated three-dimensional library system, which can be networked or integrated with other systems (such as ERP systems, etc.).

1)       When could we receive goods after making payments?

ü  It depends on how big is your project. Regularly, 3-5 weeks goods will be ready to be shipped.

2)       I want to improve our current warehouse storage to AS/RS racking storage system, but I am not that professional, how could we start conversation?

ü  No worries. Just sent us CAD drawings of your current warehouse and let us know your requests on AS/RS racking system or just fill in the questionnaire we sent to you, we will send you a turn-key solution for you to confirm.

3)       How about installation?

ü  If you want to install by your own team, we could send our technical person to do an on-site guidance for installation. Or, if you don’t have your own installation team, we could help to install by our own professional installation team, but cost is on yours.

4)       How long is your guarantee time?

ü  Normally, it is 1 year guarantee. And after 1 year, we may provide accessories at price of only our cost for repairing if needed. But regularly, the system is very stable, you won’t have problems within even 5 years.
